Great job changing my oil and cleaning my fuel injectors. Bobby is an awesome employee. He explained everything in detail and showed me step by step what everything was about. He doesn’t sugar coat anything. He doesn’t sell you something your car doesn’t need. He was able to give me a discounted price on my services and also gave me an additional discount for my next oil change when it’s due. That’s what I call great customer service. I would highly recommend the oil changers on Pellicano and Joe Battle location. Ask for Bobby and he will take care of you.
I went to the oil changers in horizon and apparently they didn’t have the oil filter for my truck. It’s a 2022 Chevy Silverado. I don’t get how they didn’t have it. But anyhow, I decided to go to this one on Pellicano I didn’t have to wait and the guys working were amazing! They kept me up to date with everything that was being done and needed for my truck. I will definitely be going back to this location from now on.

After checking my vehicle, the technician let me know that my oil was still very clean and that I could safely drive a few hundred more miles before needing a change. Instead of trying to sell me a service I didn’t need, they were upfront and honest, which I truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a business that puts customer trust first. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and highly recommend them!
