I’ve had my oil changed a lot of places over the years, but my experience at Oil Changers located at 12602 Indiana Ave. in Lubbock, Tx was honestly unlike anything I’ve experienced in my life as a car owner. The service was incredibly quick, the pricing was affordable, and the staff took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured or talked down to. What stood out the most was how personable and professional everyone was. They treated me like an actual person instead of just another car in line. The whole experience was smooth, informative, and genuinely refreshing. If this is the standard they operate at, they’ve definitely earned a long-term customer. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Oil Changers thanks to Johnny. From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, friendly, and efficient. He took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, but still thorough, and he made sure everything was done right before I left. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about both their work and their customers, but Johnny definitely stands out. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free! It’s rare to see a team with such great energy and teamwork. Johnny’s crew definitely made a lasting impression, and I’ll be coming back because of them!

Great work every time, I bring most of my vehicles here, including work truck and they do fantastic. Great prices, and even try and cut discounts every chance they get without trying to upsell anything. Highly recommend and I will keep coming through, especially when I can get oil change and fuel filter swapped on my 2024 diesel for less than $300.
