Santiago and Carlos were quick, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I came in during my lunch break and didn’t have much time, but they got me in and out efficiently without rushing the service. They still made sure to explain everything as they went and showed genuine care in making sure I understood what was being done. Great experience overall!
Great service. I was notified that oil was going into my air filter and was recommended to get it checked out. I was recommended to do an oil system cleaner since my oil was a bit on the darker side. They adjusted the air in my tires and overall I had a great experience. Definitely will be back thanks to the fantastic service from Chris & Carlos. Fast and without issues.
Manager Tony was friendly and communicated clearly what services was recommended by Lexus and let me decide what options I wanted. Freedom of choice with no pressure? Whaaat? Really? That was cool. He was helped by another cool guy named Carlos. I opted for the front and rear diff oil change, oil and power steering fluid change. The price point for my beefy older V8 welcomed the refresh.
