I had an excellent experience at 5 Minute Oil Change. I originally went in thinking my car had a specific issue, but Jose and the crew took the time to really listen and check things out. Instead of just doing what I asked, they gave honest guidance and explained that the problem might actually be something else — possibly related to the CVT fluid needing service. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty. They didn’t try to upsell anything and instead pointed me in the right direction with clear recommendations on what to check next. It’s rare to find a team that takes the time to help customers understand what’s really going on with their vehicle. Big thanks to Jose and the crew for the great service. Highly recommend this place!
Fast, friendly oil change service and you don’t even have to get out of your car. They greeted me with a bottle of water as soon as I arrived without me even asking. Very impressed with all the little details. At the end of the service, they even reset my oil change reminder on my dashboard. I don’t think I’ve ever had another place do that. If the small things are what keep customers coming back, it definitely worked on me. I’ll be back.
I was immediately greeted by Dominick with a cold bottle of water. All of the employees were attentive and displayed amazing teamwork. Dominick explained every step through out my visit. They had several vehicles pull up at one time, but the employees work diligently and each vehicle were in and out timely. Sergio addressed my concerns right away. This is my second time here, and I am yet to be disappointed. Thank you, Dominick, Sergio and Gustavo. You are an incredible team. Keep up the great work!
