Service at the Green Bay location is top notch!! I thought I was over due for an oil change. I stopped here for the convenience and location. Landen the service technician was checking the oil and called over the manager, Scott. They asked me when I last had my oil changed because the oil looked like new yet! They could have taken advantage of me but instead they were honest and said I really didn’t need an oil change yet! They made a recommendation for how much longer I could go! Thank you so much Scott and Landen for your honesty!! I will definitely come back here! It is so good to see hard working guys with such honest integrity! Thank you!!
Adin was one of the guys who helped me. Both were super sweet, friendly and helpful! They were not only honest, but they were super nice about it and even let me know one of my front lights were out. I was in and out as a new customer within 20 min. They just gained a long term customer. I've already reccomend them to others!
Went to this shop and right away they confirmed my appointment that I put on they are really polite people and very professional that didn’t pressure me into up sale even it’s a air filter I don’t trust a lot of lube shops but when I heard about than I made sure that they had great reviews online and I got the same exact great customer care as I read online I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a oil change service i didn’t feel if I was getting ripped off while I was there oil may be a little pricey but that in most oil change places mostly recommend this place.
