The guys were very upfront and honest to tell us, despite our sticker indicating we were due for an oil change, it wasn’t necessary. They still inspected everything and topped off the oil but didn't charge us anything and they said they’ll honor our $20 off coupon even though it may expire before our next oil change. That’s customer service!!!
Wonderful service — Jacob and Michael (I think —he had to wear a different name on his uniform) were kind, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of. No high- pressure sales tactics, no “dirty” filters that allegedly needed overpriced replacements, just a fast, thorough oil change and bonus window wash and tire inflation! Will definitely be back and have already recommended them to my family !
Was in town visiting family and needed to get an oil change taken care of - Mike was great: efficient, thorough, and friendly. Extra points because he was doing this during the oppressive heat wave in early July (in what I can only imagine is a very warm/thick uniform, no less).
