I was very happy with my brief but educational visit to oil changers. On arrival they got me into the bay within a minute, and were very quick in their assessment. Within 30 seconds they were able to show me that my oil looked fantastic. Because I had a hybrid car I had come in at the 5000 mile marker to get the oil changed. They showed me that my manufacturer recommended a 10,000 mile oil change duration. They gave me the choice if I wanted a oil change or not but had already filled my tires up with air, and showed me my air filter status within that minute or so of explaining my options. I ultimately chose not to get my oil changed at that time, but they were very kind and offered me a sticker with the upcoming mileage reminder. This was fantastic customer service I will gladly come back again.
