This time around the experience was much better. The new manager Ray, seems to have things flowing well. Colton and his crew changed my oil and differentials. Since OSHA doesn't like fun and frowns on customers being in the car while the car is being lifted, I spent some time in the office with Ray. There is learned that he is big on ensuring the continued education of his employees on products and best practices. Not sure if that is SOP or his own diligence, but either way it's great to see. Everyone was professional. I received great customer service.
I haven’t been here in a while but the service was amazing when I visited yesterday! I knew the pricing before heading in and I wasn’t shock by it. We got the works and both filter replaced! Bradley did an amazing job and was very professional! I even got an iced cold bottle of water which really hit the spot! I don’t know how these guys work in such a hot environment and still be very nice!
