It was a quick in an out process . I will come back. Staff was excellent and quick as a service should be. I was not pressure at all to buy any services. With transparency by the technicians allowed me to see what type service would compliment my car. Again great service
This was my first time coming here for an oil change, and the entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. I arrived right when they opened at 7 a.m., and my car was taken in almost immediately—I was out before 7:30. I was helped by Courtney and Dave, both of whom were friendly and professional, with an easy rapport that made the experience feel comfortable. They offered thoughtful recommendations based on what the car actually needed, without any pressure or upselling. Even though I knew I was overdue for service and low on basics like washer fluid, there was no judgment—just straightforward, helpful guidance. Everything was handled quickly and without any hassle, including using a 25% off Magic Fans coupon, which they accepted without issue. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’ll definitely return.
I don't live nearby but I commute for work and pass this Take 5. There are other shops closer to my home or even on my route but I have been to this one now on three separate occassions and each time the service has been above and beyond! They know their stuff, they are courteous and professional, they get the job done well and efficiently and your back on the road again in no time. Highly recommend!
