I was visiting Amarillo to watch college baseball. I decided to get my oil changed before the first game. I have never been to a Take 5 shop before. After my experience, I will definitely visit a Take 5 in Fort Worth the next time I need an oil change. The folks at the Amarillo store were awesome. They were polite, professional, and great to work with. No pressure to buy additional products just polite and honest. Been going here for a while now and the other day we had the pleasure of dealing mostly with Bishop. The last three visits I had been informed I needed a new air filter and always wanted to proceed with the replacement but they never had my specific filter in stock and was always told, “We don't have it in, but we'll order one today so that next time you come in, we have some in stock for you” and this last visit was almost the exact same, but Bishop being the awesome tech he is, ordered one on the spot and asked if I didn't mind waiting so they could take care of it THAT DAY! Waited for about 10mins and I was on my way. Last few visits really disappointed me as far as management and other techs go, but I decided to just get it over with, this last visit, and I'm so happy we did. Will definitely be going back again! Bishop is an exceptional tech! 10/10
