Went and got an oil change on 7/22/26. The experience was great as always. I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m amazed by the customer service. After my oil change I drove home. Later on, I tried starting my car and it wouldn’t start. The vehicle gave a one click noise and the engine wouldn’t turn over. I called the shop just to ask them if there were any issues during my oil change. Most places would just say no and go about their business. However, they sent someone to my house to not only inspect that everything was done properly but Tyler the store manager was the one that came. Mind you this is a complete un-relatable issue. He helped me diagnose that I had a faulty starter and even attempted to fix it at no charge. I was astonished that a place that only specializes in oil changes went above and beyond. I even felt as if he genuinely cared and felt bad that the vehicle wasn’t starting. He called some mechanic friends to walk him thru all the testing protocols to diagnose the issue. It genuinely felt like a friend or family member was at my home trying to help me. Kudos to the guys at Take 5. Those guys are a great group of employees and a special thank you to Tyler for coming out and putting his customers first.
this take 5 is the best one I’ve gone to so far! their service is amazing they are very friendly you get to see everything they do to the car they tell you everything they are doing to it. They make sure to check everything! It was Tyler and his crew that were amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back to this location only others don’t do the extra for customers:) very satisfied I didn’t have a horn to honk but just know I wanted to honk many times:)) thank you take 5 in Arvada you made a customer very very happy

He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole experience so easy. It’s really refreshing to go somewhere for an oil change and feel like you’re being taken care of rather than just being rushed through. Andrew took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and made me feel completely comfortable with the service I was getting. Great customer service makes such a difference, and Andrew definitely went above and beyond. Take 5 is lucky to have him! I’ll absolutely be coming back for future oil changes and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and trustworthy service.
