I scheduled an oil change online, but when I arrived, there was a system glitch that had overbooked my time slot. The employee, Mark, handled it incredibly well. He took full accountability for the mix-up and offered me a free oil change if I rescheduled for later in the week. I came back a few days later, and the service was excellent. Truly outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find a shop with that level of integrity!
Just had a car delivered from out of state dealer, immediately had a fuel leak from a cracked gasket at the tank. Everyone I spoke with were professional and helpful. Meineke folks were able to give me some other issues with pictures, which was certainly helpful. Gave suggestions but didn’t push anything which I appreciated. Price was on the lower end of the spectrum for the job after they were able to find a used tank.
Eric has been a ton of help getting problems with my vehicle figured out and resolved. A lot of consistent and clear communication. Very friendly and professional staff. He has done a ton of work trying to work with the extended warranty company for the coverage I have on my vehicle. I will update when I receive my vehicle back, but so far it's been a 5/5 experience and I highly recommend
