Yesterday, while traveling to see family a few hours away, my car started making an awful noise. I pulled into the Smokey Park Hwy Asheville Take 5. My skid plate had come loose and was dragging beneath my 4 Runner. Apparently it was not resecured properly after my oil change at a local dealership a few days ago. Jacob Thornberry and his assistant were very understanding and helpful. They tried to resecure it but because it was so bent up had to ultimately remove it. They checked out everything else, including my oil to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive before I was sent on my way without any fees. I was thankful these guys were there and able to help a gal out in a time of need. Thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle as though it was your own!

They went above and beyond by taking the to double check everything because I explained I was getting ready to go on a trip, which I truly appreciated. It’s little things like that that enhance the customer experience and demonstrate their commitment to service. They also performed a comprehensive check of all the fluids in my car, ensuring everything was in optimal condition. Overall, the professionalism and friendliness of the team made a significant difference. I left not only satisfied with the work done but also confident in the care of my vehicle received. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality auto maintenance. When the service to my car was finished, Tyler the ASM came over to make sure I had a good experience and if I had any questions. They deserve more than 5 stars!

The experience you receive here is absolutely top notch and unmatched in the Asheville/Candler area. They provide the best value, quality and precision of any shop in the area. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, very hospitable as well. They always go out of their way to accommodate customers and make them feel at home. The work they do is amazing and not only do they accommodate me in a timely manner, the work they do is always perfect. I cannot stress enough the fact that this is the best choice if you’re looking for a place to service your vehicle. The crew is like no other and will definitely exceed your highest of expectations. The customer service and work these guys preform is absolutely the best around and makes this shop the best choice for a quick, affordable and precise oil change or routine maintenance. You will not be disappointed. I will always recommend this shop over any lube shop in the area. From the management to the technicians, yall are incredible and absolutely blow these other lube shop employees out of the water.
