Wanted to say I’ve been to 6+ Take 5’s, but this one is my go to because of Brian. He kept it chill and didn’t try to upsell me anything, but got me what I asked and showed me the status of my vehicle. I spent more money solely because he didn’t pressure me into any services, just asked if I’d like them. Pretty nice guy all around.
It was my first time at Take 5 in my new car and I will definitely be back!! Israel, James and an older gentleman were very informative and answered all of my questions! They were even patient when a piece of my car was being pesky. I didn’t feel like they tried to upsale or pressure me into buying anything I didn’t actually need. It was quick and efficient! 10/10 ❤️
Quick, great customer service, no pressure offerings of like an air filter. They check all your tire pressures and things for free and quickly. I have gone to several locations and I’ve always experienced a kind technician versus salesman type places I highly recommend.
