Today I went to Take 5 on Broad St. for just a regular oil change. The technician that helped me out, Wade, was very thorough and noticed that my coolant was not up to par, even though I had that serviced through a different Take 5 just recently in November! He was really kind and took the time to redo the service properly so that I could continue to be safe in my vehicle. I would've had no idea that something wasn't 100% right with my car without Wade's attentiveness and care! I really appreciate y'all and will continue to come back here with my future oil change needs :)
Swung in yesterday for a quick oil change and drove out feeling like I made the right call. Ryan was outstanding… professional, knowledgeable, and straight with me the whole time. He walked through what filters and lubricants I was overdue on and actually explained why and the options I had, which I appreciated. When I mentioned I wasn’t looking to spend more than my oil change, he worked with me and had some coupons/discounts to apply while also explaining competitor costs. The whole visit was quick, painless, and the service checklist they walk through gives you confidence everything got looked at. This is how a service experience should go. Ryan’s the man, thanks!
Nate and the guys did a great job. In and out in about twenty minutes. My last oil change at another place took two hours. Twenty minutes is better. The crew here was very professional and respectful. They are good at what they do and they clearly care about their jobs which is not very common in 2026. Joshua wade rocks!
