I really liked the 2 employees who we re e working when I came in on a Sunday afternoon. They were well trained, knowledgeable, and polite and did not try to upsell me (I had let them know right up front thsa I wanted a particular oil change and not another). The whole process from start to finish was about 12 minutes, and that included getting my check oil light re-set. All excellent service!
Alexis and David went over the top when I came in. I just got my car started back up that I haven’t ran in a year. I brought it in and told them the budget I was working with and the fact I was kinda forced by work to take this car on a long drive. They helped me out and worked with me as much as they could to make sure everything was serviced properly, fluids filled and since I was about to go take it to a carwash after still even hit my front windshield for me. Both Alexis and David where great guys, know whay they are doing, super friendly and helpful and made sure my car was taken care of.
Loved the experience! Above and beyond service. The team was super knowledgeable and friendly. They acted like they were enjoying themselves. Super pleasant. Loved the military discount. Really felt like I got the best deal. They made me aware of where I am with my filters but NO PRESSURE!!! I will not go anywhere else again. They could not have done anything better. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
