I always go to a Take 5 for my oil change services but this was my first time at this particular location. I don't live in the area, but if I did live in the Baton Rouge area, this would be my new go-to location, hands down. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. Extra special shout out to Leonard who was my tech- this man went above and beyond to explain the services and pricing. His customer service and knowledge was absolutely stellar. He was extremely helpful and even drove to a different location for an item needed to complete the service (unexpected issue due to the age of my vehicle where they needed a part that wasn't on hand at this location). Amazing experience, excellent staff. I absolutely recommend coming to see the staff at this location for any oil change needs!!!
My son and I had planned a road trip to California and everything was done except for a needed oil change. I arrived early to Take 5 on Bluebonnet and was greeted by two very professional associates. I shared my story and they recommended additional items (oil filter and new air filters) that would ensure a smooth, safe and uneventful (at least regarding the car) trip to California. They completed all Of the work quickly, efficiently and correctly. We had no issues on our drive and were very satisfied by the service.
From start to finish the diesel oil change was a pleasant experience. Special efforts came from the Assignment Mgr Natiqua. She made sure the service and charges were clear and understandable. She asked me about all the ancillary services that were suggested and needed. Also, Bryan was very professional. My truck has a very difficult oil filter location. He came to my window and explained he knows how this particular setup will take him 5-10 extra minutes. That was very familiar to me b/c it took me 45 minutes last time I changed it. Bryan did it in 7 minutes. Savy veteran.
