I had an excellent experience at Take 5 yesterday. Roman and Lance provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. The service was incredibly quick without feeling rushed, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find a team that is both efficient and genuinely helpful. I want to recognize Zay and manager at the O'Neal location of the 5 Minute Oil Change for providing outstanding customer service. This location is very convenient, but what really stood out was the teamwork between Zay and manager. Manager was hands-on and worked right alongside Zay, creating an environment where they worked together rather than as “manager and employee.” They also took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and recommended a coolant flush, which had never been suggested to me before. I appreciated that they were proactive about helping me properly maintain my vehicle instead of just completing the basic oil change. Thank you, Zay and manager, for your professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning to this location.
Went to get my usual oil change but the technician informed me that I wasn’t due for another 2 thousand miles which saved me some money. He also topped off all of my fluids and checked my tires. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. He also recommended a different type of oil for my next service and told me how to get a coupon.
