Overall great first time experience. Tamir was my tech he was very nice and pleasant. Very professional as well. He explained all my options and didn’t make me feel “obligated”. I will most certainly be back. The manager was on site as well and he was very helpful to Tamir. (I’m assuming he is newer) all in all great experience. No complaints.
I started in Parma, it was opened no one was there... So I got back on the road and wound up here. Clean and easy to enter which is nice and not always so common. Quick and professional. But, the important part. Myles, the guy who checked me in was just awesome. Clear about what needed to be done, probably the most professional person I have ever met at an oil change and really just seemed kike a good guy. Nothing feels respectful and professional anymore, this was such a welcome change, and I'm glad I found it at my oil change! Good job Take5!
Only one technician on duty serviced a long line of cars during my visit, while also accommodating a water delivery. He performed my service effectively and efficiently with a courteous smile. I was thoroughly impressed. As long as your employees provide service at this level i will continue to drive a bit out of my way and pass several other options for oil changes.
