Please recognize technician Kai. I have an Escalade and he is the first person to ever tell me I need my cabin filter checked which I didn’t know I had. It was beyond need of replacement. He was patient accessing it and replacing it. He takes great pride in his work and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This was doing one of my top off days and so I brought it in my car is Running beautifully
