This oil change was such a positive transaction! I saw a guy on the sidewalk yielding a sign -which made me think there would be no waiting time. When I pulled in, Cody was such a great host! He answered my questions and made me feel comfortable about my oil change, which was very welcomed after having one at Big O Tires that resulted in a problem the next day that ended up costing me $400. Graham was super professional and went above and beyond by installing the passenger side windshield wiper I had purchased elsewhere. This was such a good experience. Highly recommend!
After at the most 2 weeks and hardly driving my car I took to get an oil change I went to drive my car today and there is a huge puddle of oil underneath it, I can’t get a call back or anyone to answer the phone. I’m going to keep calling and if no answer I’m going to go up there myself and see what the issue is on answering phone or calling someone back or maybe if they see this they will acknowledge me and try to get this issue taken care of. So I called this morning and Cody answered let me talk to manager Graham and it was a nice conversation he sent Cody to my house in KC,Mo and he looked it over and come to find out it wasn’t anything they could of done. Plug and filter looked good and the oil was full so my apologies and thank you Cody and Graham.
I took my oil burning equinox to take 5 for my oil change and I cannot express enough gratitude about their customer service. They were so friendly and understanding of what I was needing and got it done quickly. I'd like to make note as well that their shops cleanliness was unmatched, I have to take my car in frequently for oil changes since she burns through it like a wildfire on a windy MTN, and their bays and sitting area were clean and organized and welcoming! Just all around a great experience! I'll see y'all in 6,000 miles!!
