Despite being behind and/or understaffed, they were very friendly and it only took 10 minutes to get an oil change, tires filled, air vent checked, and windows cleaned. It was quite a wait to get into the garage, but from what I gathered, they were a person down. The staff were personable and honest, which I appreciate.
These guys are very knowledgeable and their customer service is top tier. Short of being amazing, if they can't help you due to not offering/providing certain services, they can point you in the right direction. This store has a great crew/staff working together as one to get you taken care of and back on the road.
Hello, I had a pleasant experience. My typical oil service location was closed that day, so I drove past this place and saw my opportunity with no one in line. After pulling in I was quickly attended to but told they were just beginning their lunch period. Not an issue for my circumstance--I went when I had time and--they're not far from shopping spots to knock out an errand in 45 minutes. I returned at the right time after break and was treated with the respect and professionalism you can expect while getting an oil change. That said, their prices were average and aligned with the price I read on their website. I used the SMS signup discount and paid $5 less. Otherwise, they had good music playing; I wished it was slightly louder to fill the quieter shop environment. Connection and due courtesy is possible with intention. Best,
