The shop manager, Richard, is extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what he does. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It's rare to find a place where you genuinely feel taken care of, but Richard sets the tone for the entire shop. Highly recommend this location if you want honest service and people who truly know their stuff.
Edit: Couldn't post a 2nd review but I wanted to acknowledge another employee as well. Stopped in to utilize the free top off services before a short road trip and Austin was fantastic! Quick, efficient, and very friendly. I always recommend this location Jeff and Richard were absolutely amazing today! Always the sweetest and most knowledgeable staff overall. This is the only place I bring my vehicles for an oil change. They do a great job!
This was my first time using Take 5 Oil Change, and I had a great experience. Aidan K., Ethan A., and Austin were all very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and I could tell they really knew what they were doing. The service was quick, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. It's always nice to find a place where the employees genuinely care about doing a good job and treating customers with respect.
