The 'Take 5' people were nice, polite, very professional and attentive! The 'Mgr' gave us sensible service explanations, with options on parts needing replaced! (Oil,Air,Water). The experience became stress free after a difficult day of other decisions! I'm now confident of our Vehicles condition after having had it serviced there! Stopped by Take 5 this afternoon to get an oil change and left being a forever customer. Dave and his team went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, checked all of filters in the car and ensured I was back on the road running smooth. The team at Take 5 in Canton was kind, professional and showed exceptional customer service skills. Going forward, we will be having all of our vehicles serviced by Dave and his team.
I was coming back from Dallas when I realized I had an oil leak. I still had an hour left to arrive home. My car was giving me warning signs of my oil levels being extremely low. I pulled in here since it was the first place I saw. These guys helped me out so fast! They were able to find the cause of the leak and fix it. They gave us cold water while we waited since it was 104 degrees outside. Before they sent me on my way, they checked all fluid levels, and tire pressures so I would have a safe trip home. They were all compassionate as well. They made this mom feel safe with her kids. If it weren’t for them I would be stuck on the side of the road alone with kids in the car.
