Nick and Jackson have top tier customer service. They filled everything before we ask. They even cleaned the windows. Honest mechanics who aren’t trying to make more than what you need. The information was thorough. They went through all safety checks. They took their time and did the job well. Thank you guys. We just randomly stopped on our road trip.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. What stood out most was their outstanding customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on providing a positive experience. It's refreshing to encounter a team that is both efficient and so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to the same location twice now, and both times been pretty impressed by these guys. First time, I came in all grumpy and the manager (Al) serviced my car personally and took great of it, all the while joking with his crew and paying attention to what they were doing. Made a really good first impression. Fast forward 8-9 months, I come back and Al is still loose and attentive with his guys and customers, and they were all killing it despite the 90 degree Va humidity; pleasant, quick and detailed, and not trying to rip me off. Special thanks to Nick, who serviced my car today and did great. Of course, I love the “drive-thru” convenience of Take 5, but a place has to have good service still, and I’ll probably be coming back here for my next change.
