Pulled up, after a short wait I was greeted with a cold bottle of water, and pulled into shop. 3 men attacked my car and I was really happy to not get bombarded with all the things I needed to get done while I was there besides what I came for. They showed me my air filter and let me decide whether I needed a new one or not. No pressure and I was in out in no time. Great experience, and I will be back next oil change! I NEEDED an oil change and didn't have time to schedule a day at the dealership. I decided to try this new place. Immediately impressed by the engagement of employees, I was given a cold bottle of water for my maybe 5 minute wait. You could tell these guys wanted to be there and wanted to do an impressive job and they did. Very honest, didn't try to up-sell air filters (they did check them, clean) or high end synthetic though I chose the higher end. They check all the fluids and tire pressure as well. The location is convenient and they get a kick out of clients honking as they drive by. Highly recommend. We need more quality operations like these.
I was impressed with take 5 and staff. The cost was reasonable and they were quick at getting me in and out. No one tried to sell me things I didn’t need and I appreciate that. A pleasant experience
