My oil Tech was vary personable and professional and even gave a good recommendation for a place I needed other maintenance done at. And made me aware of some other servicing my particular truck could use. I really appreciated the service and will definitely go back.
I arrived on a Monday morning and was promptly greeted by Clayton, who directed me to the appropriate bay. There was already a car there, so I waited a short while before pulling in. They got started on some preliminary steps right away, but there were two other vehicles ahead of me and it appeared there were only three employees working at the time. Because of that, I waited about 10 minutes before being asked what type of oil I wanted and moving forward with the oil change. Once everything got underway, the process was quick and efficient. I come here all the time and have consistently had good experiences. Clayton checked me out, answered what was needed, and sent me on my way without any issues. Overall, another smooth visit. I would definitely recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable oil change experience.
