I had an oil change. Odd that the service is not listed in this survey, since it is their basic service. The place was very busy, so the wait was longer than I expected. Service recommendations seemed appropriate for my vehicle (no aggressive upselling), and once started, went smoothly. Workers were efficient and courteous. Checked fluids, filters, and tires. A good experience overall.
This is the only place I trust for my oil changes. The prices are fair, the staff is always friendly and professional, and they work so efficiently that I'm usually back on the road in no time.

Always a fast, friendly experience. The free water is nice, and this time I got a surprise windshield washing. It’s helpful that they offer some basic add-ons, coolant flushing and whatnot, but you’re paying big for that convenience. Easy location and I was happy to learn that they opened so early.
