I had a problem with my Kia Sportage that had me puzzled and frustrated. I stopped at Take 5 Oil Change 4021 Mayfield, South Euclid OH. I would like to compliment the service I received from Charles. This man was friendly, kind, and helped to claim me down as he said “Let me check that for you” . He fixed it, he is an excellent employee! Kudos Charles!
My experience with the oil change service was very positive; by bringing my own oil and filter, I was able to take advantage of a discounted rate of $54 after taxes. Julia and Lakeithion who helped me were knowledgeable and friendly.
