My experience at this Take 5 service center was wonderful! Sencier, Marcus and Tashad were amazing, friendly and professional. They got me in and out quickly and made sure I was happy with my service. The shop was very clean! I would recommend this location to anyone and WILL be a repeat customer. I can’t say enough good things about the location and most importantly, the employees. A job well done!!! A great team.
This place really impressed me with their knowledge and skills! When I first entered the business, I was greeted by a guy who Was very nice and was able to offer me an extended list of options for my car to include pricing. Once I agreed I was guided to pull into the bay and was then assisted by another technician who completed my service which was an oil change an air filter change and an air cabin change. It did not take long and they explained every detail of what they did to my car as well as let me know other options that they thought would be a great Maintenance enhancement for my car. I really enjoyed the service. I didn’t have to get out of my car after a long day work it was Friday and I was ready to go home and I was hot. They gave me water and finished me up and I was on my way. I definitely Encourage others to visit this spot on Killian Road

In my experience, they’re one of the most consistent businesses I’ve dealt with when it comes to customer care and professionalism. I appreciate how transparent the team is during each visit. Yes, they offered additional services, but I never felt pressured. They took the time to show me exactly what they were seeing and explain their recommendations, which I truly value as a customer. I also appreciate them recognizing my family’s military service with their military discount. Customer service like that goes a long way. Sometimes the process is super quick and sometimes it takes a little longer, but that’s okay. I’d rather have a team that is thorough, communicates well, and makes sure the job is done right. Their service seems to get better and better every time I visit. Thank you, Take 5! A million times thank you!
