The workers here are super chill. A very professional young woman helped me, but I forgot her name. I was in and out pretty quick and they even offered me a bottle of water :) Though one gentleman said he reads these Google reviews after work and I wanted to talk to him about work life balance. Is Take 5 part of a union? Have you considered unionizing? I recommend the light reading “Value, Price and Profit” to help brush up on this subject. It should be available for free online. Don't let yourself be exploited by the ruling class. xoxo
I had never been to a Take 5 before but I will definitely be coming back for my oil changes! For one: no appointment needed is the absolute best! You just drive up and they guide you to the stall where you need to go. Then they offered me a cold bottle of water immediately since I was having to turn my car off and it was pretty hot outside. They honored my coupon for $25 off for signing up for the text marketing. On top of getting my oil changed with the best oil and filter I could buy, they also changed my cabin air filter and cleaned my windshield and aired up my tires all for around $150, and I got to see it all done in person which gives me peace of mind. Rodney was my technician that handled everything for me and he was great, and had awesome customer service! Will be coming back, what an awesome experience!

They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. They completed my oil change, changed my filter, and replaced my windshield wipers quickly and efficiently. The service was fast, thorough, and the customer care was outstanding. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely values their customers and takes pride in their work. If you’re looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch service, I highly recommend asking for Rodney and Rob. I’ll definitely be coming back!
