The team did a great job of communicating with each vehicle letting us know when they’d be getting to us. Each car was offered a cold bottle of water from a mini fridge which was a nice touch. I will say they were busy and the time it took to get to my vehicle was longer than some previous visits but still very reasonable. It was a nice day with a great breeze so the wait was comfortable as well. Price for my synthetic blend and extra needed for my vehicle make and model was about the same as some competitors in town. The difference was these guys actually spoke to you and addressed me as Mr. Josh. A little formal but he was sincere and respectful when he addressed me in that manner. Reviewed everything with me in detail regarding my services including what was done , the name of each tech who worked on my vehicle and a coupon to use on my next visit. All in all this team worked well together and should be commended by corporate for a job well done. I will recommend them to my numerous clients, family and friends. Kuods team. You’ve earned it.
