CJ was very pleasant and accommodating. He and Johnny provided excellent customer service. Johnny recommended services we needed, but wasn't pushy about it when I told him it wasn't in my budget at this time. I literally live in walking distance of this location, so it's super convenient. Everything seems fine with my car so far. I will definitely be returning.
Excellent place. The two employees maintained professionalism and I heard them adhering to their Take-5 training with the vocal call-outs to the other staff. The two employees offered me relevant services that I potentially needed, and were kind and courteous when I politely declined. I will certainly be back for my oil-changing needs.
