I realized my oil was very low and needed an oil change ASAP—I couldn’t wait another day, plus this is the only oil change service that stays open later than 6pm. I stopped by Take 5 in Crown Point and had an awesome experience. Ray was fantastic and got me in and out quickly while still being extremely thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. Friendly, fast, and top-notch service all around. Highly recommend! Thank you Ray! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Drove into get an oil change. Was offered a water. Gentlemen that checked me in was very clear with explaining everything that the technicians were doing. He wasn't pushy at all trying to upsell me on items that I didn't need. Windshield washed, tires filled and the service was very quick but thorough. Got a free car wash from the attached car wash facility. All in all a great experience and will definitely return.
Very nice people! I received very good service from both the manager Ray and his worker. They were both very polite and kind nice to have workers in the work area. I will definitely be back and will tell my family and friends to go there ! although I was very sad to find out no car wash with the oil change that's one reason why I like to go there.
