Mrs. Pat at LensCrafters inside Macy’s Willowbrook Mall is different. Super welcoming, locked in, and really knows her stuff. She made buying my Meta glasses smooth and easy — no pressure, just straight expertise. Best in the business. Period.
Brandon, the owner, was amazing!! We were in and out so fast I barely had time to think. His coworker was also amazing, they offered me a water and explained everything in detail so I felt confident and taken care of. The service here is something I have not seen in a while. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! If you need your oil changed or a state inspection, definitely come here. They truly treat you like family!! I will definitely be coming back from now on!!
The crew of guys here is great. They are informative, helpful and really work to get you in and out quickly. I’ve been to other locations where they’re very pushy with their sales tactics trying to sell you on filters and different stuff This is not the case at this location My only recommendation is for the managers to not scold the employees in front of customers. The last time I visited the Manager overseeing the younger guys was constantly getting on them about different things- I would recommend waiting until after the customers leave As it could be a little bit awkward
