I went to Take 5 Oil Change yesterday because my maintenance light came on. Devon assisted me, and he was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He took my order correctly and made the whole process smooth. During the service, he came back to inform me that my radiator fluid needed attention. I appreciated the recommendation and his professionalism in explaining it. I also really like their process—they have another team member double-check the work, which gives me extra confidence in the service. This time I chose the full synthetic oil, which is rated for 8,000 miles. However, they advised me to return at 5,000 miles to top off the fluids. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
The service was quick I got an oil change, new windshield blades and they did something with my coolant. Ross was nice, informative and she had great customer service. It’s down the street from me so it’s convenient. I’ve been to other locations and I did not like them for many reasons I have no issues when I come here it was my second or third time here and will be back!

I feel very safe and confident about my decision to trust them with my vehicle. After my oil change, my car is already feeling and driving better. They also fixed my skid plate that had been dragging and changed my filter. The entire team had nothing but positive energy — everyone was smiling, working together, and providing amazing customer service. This is by far the best oil change service company I’ve been to. They made me feel comfortable and at home the entire time while getting my car serviced. Highly recommend!
