I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Cypress this past Sunday June 7th, 2026. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and called ahead to make sure they could still help me. The staff was welcoming and told me to come on down. When I arrived, they reviewed all of my service options without any pressure, explained everything clearly, and even offered me a bottle of water while they worked. The entire oil change was completed in about 10 minutes, which was impressive considering how close it was to closing time. Everyone was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I’ve found my new go-to spot for oil changes. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending them to friends and coworkers.
Alright so I never get someone else to do my oil change but with work and everything going on, I don't have as much time to do it myself. These guys are helpful. They took care of my 06 Benz and got it done efficiently. First time here and will be taking my other car in for my next oil change

It was a hot afternoon, so I really appreciated being greeted with a cold bottle of water as soon as I arrived. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even better. The service was quick, professional, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. It's not often you find a place with such great customer service and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing an oil change!
