Came in for an oil change a few weekends ago and had such a lovely experience! I've been coming to this location for about a decade and they're always super fast but the service this time was absolutely top notch. All the guys were incredibly friendly as well as the assistant manager, I wish I could remember his name. Y'all have an incredible team!
Eli and Will hooked me up! They got me and my kid some waters and were extremely fast! Weren’t pushy like some other oil change places but helped me understand each step. Did the tires, topped off all fluids, checked the filters and even washed the wind shield!
Another Take 5 location told me they were out of my car's filter type. Before I drove across town, they assured me the Mockingbird location had my filter in stock. After waiting an hour, I was informed that they were out of the same filter. To be fair, the guys were assisting other customers and attempting to resolve my dilemma while the temperature was well over 100 degrees. Chris advised me that a shipment will arrive on Wednesday, and I should return the next day to finish the service. He even offered me a discount to make up for the trouble caused by the inventory shortage and for lost time. Earl and Terrance were both very professional and patient throughout the whole process. Both offered advice to alleviate my anxieties. When I arrived on Wednesday, I was greeted again by Earl & Terrance with welcoming smiles and the job was completed smoothly. Chris, Terrance, and Earl I appreciate your problem-solving skills, professionalism under stress and follow-through these traits are vital in customer service roles. Great job gentlemen!
