I had a great experience with my oil change! In and out in 10 minutes, and they did not try to upsell me on anything. I had the pleasure of working with the store manager and he was a true expert and gem! He took the extra time to look up how to reset the oil change light on my VW Jetta. Went above and beyond for me! 12/10, would recommend!
I always come for an oil change but just like many of their services, today I just needed air in my tires so that I could make it to the tire shop. The guy with the long hair greeted me with a water and told me there is no charge and was happy to help. Keep it up ?
Luis at Take 5 was great! I came in for an oil change and ended up getting my coolant flushed as well. The service was super fast, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for both. While I waited in my car, they even brought me a nice cold bottle of water, which was especially appreciated since sitting in a turned-off car in Texas heat can get pretty warm. Great service and a convenient location. Highly recommend!
