I stopped in because my oil change sticker said it was time. I was pleasantly surprised to learn this was just a top-off visit (a service I forgot that they offered). Rather than trying to sell me on services I didn’t need, they just looked everything over, added some oil and sent me on my way with a smile. Perfectly friendly service and no pressure. That’s a good way to do business.

I had a fantastic experience at the Take 5 location on Beltline Rd. I went to this location because I needed an oil change and a state inspection, so had called ahead to make sure someone was available to do the inspection. Ryan greeted me with a bottle of water (nice touch, guys!) and was very friendly. He took time to explain every step performed during the services rendered, but without condescension. He patiently answered any questions I had, and I was not pressured to pay for any services I did not want at the time. I was very happy with my experience. Even though it’s a little farther to drive, and Take 5 is a little more than I’d prefer to pay, I will be coming back to this location for my regular oil changes because I felt comfortable with how I was treated here. Thanks so much!
