I needed to get an oil change for my 2015 Mazda5 high miles. I pulled in and there were three cars in the lane I chose. I was greeted and given a cold water bottle. I was advised it will be about an hour wait as I was 7th in line. I did some catching up and sure enough it was just about an hour. Once it was my turn the crew was very professional and knowledgeable. My time was right at 11 minutes to complete my services. I had time to find a coupon for 25% off. Thanks Take 5 crew for taking care of my vehicle.
Jonathan has helped me twice now. He and the crew made my oil change experience very smooth , speedy, and pleasant. He is such a nice young man ? I needed an oil change but it wasn’t on my agenda that day. While driving to do other errands I saw Take 5 and remembered how quick and easy it had been the first time so I pulled in and there was no wait! It was so nice to cross that off my to do list ? FYI They do more than oil changes, such as engine and cabin filters as well as replacing windshield wipers and more. They make recommendations but aren’t pushy at all. It’s very convenient to not have to get out of the car while they do the services. I even received a bottle of cold water ? service with a smile you can count on! Highly recommended for your routine maintenance!
I went there this morning for an oil change and had great service! I believe the technicians name was Tristain and was by himself. He was hustling. Very quick and efficient . Knew exactly what he was doing, a great asset to your company. Get him some help.
