WOW! My mechanic doesn’t take appointments and I can’t leave my work truck for the day. I went to Take-5 on Hillsborough Rd instead. What a fabulous experience. I was immediately greeted by a friendly but professional mechanic who asked what I needed (oil change) and he then asked me to pull up. While the manager slid under my truck, the greeter asked “would you like me to check A-E; items which given my mileage would have been completed at my garage. I never got out of my truck and all 5 items were completed using high quality products in less than 10 minutes. The whole experience was outstanding and the pricing less than I’ve ever experienced.
Not bad. I was the first in line and was taken into the shop right away. Good communication with Jose and Ezekiel the store manager. The process could have been better if: they did not push to up sell their complete care package or have you fill out their forms for the computer. I know they have to follow the company process. First question should be just and oil change? Second question would you like to be in our database? If no then get to the 5 minute portion of the service. Other than that yes not bad for a quick pitstop.

I really love their process! The team even checked my differential plug and confirmed it definitely needed service. I really appreciated how thorough they were.
