The whole crew was fantastic. I was greeted with a bottle of water and told it would be a few minutes wait, which I understood due to the line I was in. The line moved quickly and soon my oil was changed. The staff was super friendly. I am very satisfied with my expieruence and will be back with my work vehicle as well!!!! Thanks to everyone including the supedvisor on staff who followed up with me to make sure that I was taken care of. Well done Take 5, well done.
I’ve been to this location a few times now, and every time the service has been amazing. Super short wait (if any), attentive service, and everyone is friendly. They even offered my kids juice boxes and cleaned my windshields. Today I was helped by Kendall and Eric, and they went above and beyond to make it a smooth experience. I love that I can see my car is being well cared for, but it also takes almost no time out of my day. I’ll definitely be back!
I had a great experience at this Take 5 location in Powdersville. Richard provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the services my vehicle actually needed, while also being honest about what could wait until my next oil change. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to oversell me just to make extra money. Richard made the entire process feel honest, professional, and comfortable. Tyler, the manager, was working in the pit and had great energy and professionalism as well. You can tell he truly cares about his team and the quality of work they do. The teamwork between everyone there really stood out. I also really appreciate this company for always offering coupons and discounts to help customers save money, especially with how the economy is right now. That definitely makes a difference. Overall, this was a great experience. This was actually my second time coming back, this time with a different vehicle, so now they have both of my vehicles in their system. I definitely plan on continuing to do business at this location and referring friends and family. One more thing people should remember — if you receive great service, don’t forget to tip the workers. These guys were professional, helpful, and worked hard, and good customer service deserves appreciation.
