Even with how busy it was, CJ and Octavian never looked stressed or frustrated. They stayed calm, professional, and genuinely respectful to every customer. You could tell they weren’t just trying to get cars in and out—they cared about giving people a great experience. What really stood out was Octavian offering my wife and me bottled water while we waited. It wasn’t something he had to do, but it’s those little things that show someone truly cares about customer service. I also want to give a shout-out to Diego. He came in when we were almost finished, and from the moment he walked through the door, he was ready to jump in, help his coworkers, and keep things moving. That says a lot about the kind of team they have here. Honestly, the best part wasn’t just the oil change—it was seeing a group of humble, hardworking people who treated each other and their customers with respect.
