Ryan was great. Went straight to business on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport when my girlfriend and I showed up. My problem? AC wasn't blowing cold air. He grabbed his blacklight flashlight, walked us back out to the car, opened the hood, and explained to us how my car's AC functions. He identified the high and low valves, then said they were faulty and the freon was leaking over the course of a few weeks. We asked how much and he gave us a quote that ended up being exactly right when it was all said and done. And it only took him a couple hours, so my girlfriend and I went to Starwood Café (pretty good too, by the way). If you need your car looked at, please come here and ask for Ryan. He deserves a crisp high-five for working so well despite having a 2-hour commute. Thank you, Ryan!!!!
Best experience ever!! The floating manager Kyle, he’s awesome, but so is his dedicated team of techs. Had to get new brakes on the F150 and the team here did the best job. Pleasant to talk to, efficient at the work, and prioritized safety. Brakes are great, and a job well done for this whole shop. Would recommend to anyone who’s unsure or uneasy about trusting mechanics in the industry. As a girl, I felt respected and heard at this shop. Maybe next time I’ll come in for my royal flush of all the car fluids- it’s a special they’re running….so very corny but definitely necessary lol
Had a great time. Loved that i kept getting updates about my car. The gentleman spoke to me in detail of what needs to be done and I found out that the prices here are lower than other places and have decided this is now are go to place for anything for our cars. Thank you for being 100% honest with me about my car and everything about it. I absolutely love the transparency and honesty here from the employee. I will definitely be back with our second car and I'll recommend this place to other as well and hope your business thrives even more.
