Even with the temperature in the nineties, the crew at Take 5 on Raeford Rd made my visit great. The conversation and banter between the employees and customers gave the place a really positive energy, honestly felt like hanging out at the barber shop. I take really good maintenance care of my Chrysler 300S Hemi, so I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me products I had just changed 3 months ago like other oil change companies usually do. A special shoutout to Ed, the Assistant Manager(if not he should be), was extremely professional with all of the above. You could tell he is trusted to train the newer employees on what right should look like, and no customer was left wondering what was going on during the process. Huge appreciation to the Store Manager, Nick, as well. I brought a minor concern to his attention and he rectified it immediately with zero hassle or questions asked. I'd recommend this facility to anyone and I'll gladly drive across Fayetteville to give them my business.
I had a great experience at Take 5. From the moment I pulled in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Ed and Mike were especially helpful, they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, which I really appreciated. It honestly felt like they cared more about doing what was right for my car than just trying to make extra money. They were polite, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find service like that these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.
Wow! Where do I start? First I was greeted with such happiness and genuine enthusiasm from Ed which set the tone for the whole time and it didn't disappoint. They gave me a VERY cold water which is probably one of my favorite parts. It was super hot and the water was borderline frozen - perfection. Then Jered (I believe that was his name) was so helpful and just as happy. The whole vibe of the place was amazing. They were talking and having a great, but incredibly professional, time. You would not have been able to tell they were working in the heat like they were and doing back to back oil changes. This is hands down the best experience I've ever had for an oil change!
