We had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, shop 694, thanks to John H. He went above and beyond the regular service to make sure we were taken care of and able to get back on our way. He was professional, helpful, and kind throughout the entire visit, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. It’s rare to receive customer service that feels this genuine and thoughtful, but John H. truly exceeded expectations. I really appreciate his extra effort and would definitely recommend this location because of the care and service he provided.
Had a great experience will be back. It didn't take long at all. They answered any questions I had and I only needed a new cabin filter. My car is high mileage and a suv I paid less than what I was expecting so that was great. Highly recommend. Also gave everyone a water which was nice in this heat ?
