Guys were very polite and helpful! Listened to my needs and didn't push me to spend more when I explained I just needed the most economical oil change. Checked all fluids and explained any potential future issues. Was in and out in 20 minutes, which is great considering there were 2 cars in front me. Also showed me my filter that was basically brand new so I know they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Happy customer!
Great experience. Team was courteous and professional. I really liked they communicated with each other and me. Like a “well oiled machine!” ?Took a little more than 5 minutes but still very fast! Only complaint was they were out of stock of the premium oil filter I purchased as part of the premium package.
The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and paid attention to every detail. The complimentary bottled water and clean windshield were thoughtful touches.
