I stopped at Take 5 Oil Change on Fish Hatchery Road 5/26/26 for a simple oil change, and I just wanted to compliment the team on their excellent customer service. Even with a few newer employees, the staff was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The older team members did a great job helping guide things along, and everyone worked together really well. I appreciated how they engaged with me, explained things clearly, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. It’s nice to go somewhere for routine car care and feel genuinely taken care of as a customer. Thank you to the whole crew for the kindness and great service! One of my favorite places to get an oil change. Assistant manager Justin is top notch, always friendly, honest and respectful. Every time I go they take time to explain what service might be best but, never try to upset me. They will answer any question they can for me. I am always offered a nice cold water. The staff is not only profesional and appear to be extremely well trained not only for their job but for future advancement.
