I had a great experience at Take 5. I came in for an oil change and mentioned that my skid plate was damaged and hanging down. Johnson took the time to secure it with zip ties so I could safely drive my vehicle until I get it properly repaired. He even reinforced it a second time to make sure it was secure, all at no extra charge. Johnson’s willingness to help with something outside of the normal oil change service really stood out. Great customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Thanks again to Johnson and the entire Take 5 team for going above and beyond!
